At Healing HeART Therapy, we are not contracted with major insurance companies. This decision is rooted in our belief that your mental health journey and diagnosis are private matters — shared only between you, your therapist, and, when appropriate, your physician.

We believe you should be in control of your therapeutic experience — including how often and how long you attend therapy — rather than having those decisions dictated by insurance limitations or pre-approved session caps.​ Additionally, by remaining independent from insurance mandates, we’re able to dedicate our full time and energy to our clients rather than navigating excessive paperwork, authorizations, and claim follow-ups. This allows us to stay focused on what matters most — you.

Finally, insurance reimbursement rates often do not reflect the level of care and time our clients deserve. By maintaining a private-pay model, we ensure sustainable, personalized, and high-quality care for every individual we work with.
